- Orders ship from the US.
- Orders are shipped out twice a month unless it is a preorder item, in which case the expected shipping date will be stated in the item description.
- US orders usually take 3-7 business days while international may take 2-10 weeks or more depending on location.
- US and Canada orders are shipped through USPS and can be tracked through the USPS/CanPost sites. All other orders are shipped through Asendia USA and can be tracked here.
- I am not responsible for lost packages or post office error so please make sure your address is correctly inputted.
- I am unable to help with packages lost in transit or marked "Delivered" but missing, please contact your local postal provider in these situations.
